dulcemielevents stocks parts for the most popular brands of kilns and wheels. We can repair virtually all types of equipment used in the ceramic process. House calls are available or equipment can be dropped off for repair at our store. No job is to small or too big!

Repair Rates:

$75/Hour including drive time to and from your location (Minimum one hour labor). Please note, we do not do free on-site estimates for repair.

To schedule a repair please have the following information available when calling:

For Kilns:

Amperage
Voltage and Phase supplied to the building

For Wheels/Other Equipment:
Manufacturer
Model Number

This information can generally be found on a metal plate attached to the side of the kiln or the side of the control box on some kilns and wheels. If you cannot find a name plate on your kiln we can still identify most equipment with photos or in person.

Typical time to change elements in a medium sized kiln is approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours NOT including travel time. If your kiln needs brick repair or rewiring work the time required to change elements can be longer.
