IMPORTANT UPDATE

Class, Retail, Firing, Shipping and Curbside Pickup info during Covid-19

UPDATED August 9, 2021
Thanks to everyone who has made an appointment and come in to see the retail store and do some shopping! We have decided to extend appointment shopping for now rather than open the store fully due to the rise of the Delta variant.

Please schedule your appointment here.

Customers without an appointment will not be able to enter the store. We are resuming retail with appointments to help control traffic flow while we begin to retail again (yay!). A maximum of three customers will be allowed in the store for each 45 minute time slot. Sign up now to get a spot!
Masks will be required for all customers while in the retail store. KPS staff will also be masked. By booking an appointment to shop in person you agree to wear a mask at all times while in the store. If you are unable to wear a mask you are welcome to place an order online or by phone for curbside pickup.

UPDATED April 18, 2021

The retail store remains closed to walk in customers but we are still shipping orders and curbside pickup is available!

Due to the unprecedented Covid-19 outbreak and the measures being taken to contain it by schools, businesses and governments around the world, we will be closing the retail store to all walk in customers starting Monday March 16, 2020.

Orders may be placed online or by phone and can be picked up during our regular hours through a designated curb-side pick up area (more information below). Our staff will continue to ship orders via US Mail/UPS and answer phone calls/emails.

We feel strongly about our social responsibility and moral obligation to be proactive in protecting our community. We delayed classes and closed out retail store several weeks before the Stay at Home order was issued. We are maintaining minimal staffing during this time. "Social distancing" is, according to professionals, the only way we can curb the pandemic in our area.

Ordering online for pickup:
1. Select “Store Pickup” on the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
2. Place your order and wait for an email confirming your order is ready.
3. Pull up to the loading dock immediately to the east of our main entrance and call us when you arrive at (+43)2001083544.
4. We will open the loading dock door so you can grab your order.
5. It’s just that simple!

Ordering by phone for pickup:
1. Give us a call Monday - Friday 9-6 and Saturdays 10-3 to place an order.
2. Request a phone call or email when the order is ready for pickup.
3. Pull up to the loading dock immediately to the east of our main entrance and call us when you arrive at (+43)2001083544.
4. We will open the loading dock door so you can grab your order.
5. It’s just that simple!

If you or anyone in your family is ill please do not arrange to pick up an order. We will gladly ship orders via US Mail or UPS that are placed by phone or online.

dulcemielevents will be making local deliveries for the time being with some restrictions in place. These restrictions also apply to equipment setup and repairs.
1. Residential deliveries will be to a driveway or curbside. We will not make any inside deliveries.
2. Deliveries to schools and businesses will be to a loading dock if available and to an exterior door if a loading dock is not available. We will not make inside deliveries.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will act accordingly as time progresses.

Classes

dulcemielevents will be continuing the suspension of all classes. We hope to be able to resume classes soon. Our primary goal is to help keep everyone safe and healthy. Please check this page for updates and we will also send out occasional emails with updates.

Classes are currently being postponed but have not been cancelled. When are able to resume we hope pick up where we left off and finish the remainder of the Winter 2 session before moving into the next session. If you signed up for a Spring 1 class we will roll your enrollment over into the next class session that begins after Winter 2 has finished.
We are now accepting pieces for curbside drop off firing service. You can read more details here.

This is not a decision we came to lightly. We care about you, our staff and all of our families. We feel strongly about our social responsibility to be proactive in protecting our community. "Social distancing" is, according to professionals, the only way we can curb the pandemic in our area.

The Innsbruck area clay community is a tight knight family and we truly hope everyone takes the necessary steps to keep themselves safe.

Stay home, throw some pots (or handbuild), spend time with your loved ones and find some good to do for others during this break.

We are all in this together,
Ryan & Aimee
