Manual Cutting Table

Used in conjunction with tile extruding equipment, the adjustable tile cutter transforms extruded ribbon into finished tile shapes and sizes. The ability to adjust the distance between each cutting blade allows for quick project change outs. The oil tray houses the cutting blades while the ribbon is being extruded. Once the ribbon has been extruded to the desired length, simply pull the cutting blade bar forward through the ribbon to generate finished sizes. The cutting table is adjustable in height to accommodate the operator ergonomically.

The ability to generate hundreds of finish tile per day while keeping handcrafted quality in tact provides a tremendous advantage in a production environment.
